Includes water, sewer, electric, garbage,  FREE Wi-Fi &  Expanded Cable TV.   Rent starts the 1st of each month. April, May, June, Sept. &  October: $400.  (July$550/August $550)

• Rates are for 2 people/1 vehicle & the tax is not included
• Extra folks are $3 per person/per day; maximum 6 people per RV site
• Extra cars are $5 per day
• PETS FREE!
• RESERVATIONS: You must arrive by 8 pm the 1st day of your stay. Your site will be not be held unless prior arrangements are made and confirmed.
• Minimum Stay Required On these weekends:      
  • * Memorial Weekend – 2-night minimum
  •  4th of July – 3-night minimum
  •   Sandsations/Rodeo (July) – 2-night minimum
  •   Kite Festival (3rd full week of August) – 5-night minimum
  •   Labor Day Weekend – 2-night minimum
  • *Rod Run (2nd weekend in September)  – 3-night minimum
  • We reserve the right to move you to another space if absoulutely necessary. 
• A deposit of  one days stay per site  is required for reservations. 
• No refunds if you cancel.
