Monthly RV Rate
Includes water, sewer, electric, garbage,  FREE Wi-Fi &  Expanded Cable TV.   Rent starts the 1st of each month. April, May, June, Sept. &  October: $400.  (July$450/August $550) November thru March $300(good for one month only).

 2-Person Vacation Rental
1 Bedroom, private fenced yard with picnic table. The  kitchen has a dishwasher,  dishes, utensils,  pots and pans, bakeware & appliances.   Linens are provided. Comes with free wireless internet  & expanded cable TV. All you need is FOOD!  Check in is 3:00 pm/Check out is 11:00 am.  $75/$85 nightly.  Dogs ok (60lbs & under) There is $50  non-refundable dog deposit. 

 IMPORTANT!  PLEASE NOTE:

• Rates are for 2 people/1 vehicle & the tax is not included
• Extra folks are $3 per person/per day; maximum 6 people per RV site
• Extra cars are $5 per day
• PETS FREE!
• RESERVATIONS: You must arrive by 8 pm the 1st day of your stay. Your site will be not be held unless prior arrangements are made and confirmed.
• Minimum Stay Required On these weekends:      
  •   Memorial Weekend - 2-night minimum
  • *4th of July - 3-night minimum
  •   Sandsations/Rodeo (July) - 2-night minimum
  •   Kite Festival (3rd full week of August) - 5-night minimum
  •   Labor Day Weekend - 2-night minimum
  • *Rod Run (2nd weekend in September)  - 3-night minimum
  • We reserve the right to move you to another space  if absoulutely necessary. 
• If you are Cancelling or Modifying  your reservation you must do so 7 Full days in advance(14 Full days for Holidays/events)of your scheduled arrival date either in writing or email.  Groups of 5 or more must  do so  30 Full days in advance of your scheduled arrival.  After that you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled stay. The deposit will be equivalent to one night’s stay per site.   All cancellations before the deadline will be charged one days stay per site.
